  The coaches here are full of knowledge bombs and you don't feel intimidated by the people that work out here. The members of this gym have created this amazing community known as the TREC Fit Tribe. You feel welcomed and everyone pushes each other to do their best and BE their best. Love it!

  Amazing coaches and programming, coaches are very supportive and will at the same time push you to your limit, they each have areas of expertise which make each WOD (Work Of the Day) highly challenging and interesting. The community is welcoming and spans from elite athletes to people wanting to work out with other people and have a good time.
  Can highly recommend to come check it out.

  I injured myself last year trail running and was out 6 months. My wife convinced me to see John at TrecFit for some personal training. I specifically did injury prevention and strength work with him this year, ran an incredible trail race this month and have no residual aches/pains or mobility issues. These coaches know what they’re doing, and the friendly faces and incredible atmosphere make this an easy place to spend to a lot of time in.

  The coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging. Every work out is scalable to any body type and fitness level. Truly a wonderful community and a welcoming atmosphere. Oh! And what a sick workout!!!

  I have been a member for nearly a year, and am extremely happy that I joined. There is a strong sense of community among the members and everyone makes you feel welcome. The facility hosts members ranging from raw beginners to national/international level athletes. The coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend dropping in for a workout and trying this place out.
