It's always done on time, and she'll let you know if there's something that could be done to make them look even better. For as long as I live in the area, I won't be going anywhere else.

I took some pieces in to get altered, they did a awesome job! She was very helpful and gave me some options for the alterations.
The service is great and reasonably priced.

I had purchased a pea coat just before the Christmas holidays; was perfect in fit, size, look, length, etc., except sleeves were slightly too short.
Wanted to wear it for New Year’s eve. Brought it to Caachi about a week before New Year’s eve (keep in mind it’s during the busy holiday season).
After some chatting she agreed to fit me in to her already busy schedule (not to mention her own personal schedule).
She did a great job, and a very fair price considering how accommodating and helpful she was.
Even had a nice chat when I was there to pick it up.
Will be returning for sure. -

(February 9, 2019, 10:04 pm)I had to get a jean alteration done, as I had torn the belt buckles off. You couldn't even tell that they had been ripped off - the seams matched perfectly! Plus service was fast, efficient and the cost was very reasonably priced. The owner is also so sweet and friendly. Would recommend!
