  Came in and picked up a puffco peak and when i got home i found out there was a defect in the glass. I called the store right away and they were able to provide me with the information on how to best deal with my warranty as well as helping me with a replacement part for a lower rate so i could still enjoy my puffco on the day of purchase! As well they have a great selection of products at reasonable prices.

  Very nice, clean shop, and conveniently located. Affordable, beautiful products and very knowledgeable, friendly staff! Please don't make the mistake of buying your papers, bong, pipe, etc. at a gas station or somewhere that isn't a specialty store: go to Next Level. I will certainly be back to this location!

  I drive across the city to visit this place.. It is full of friendly people.. Knowledgeable staff.. Excellent pricing.. Usually know me by name as well.. And I'm not here that often. Thanks for being awesome.

  I’ve been into ‘The Next Level’ plenty of times everytime I go the workers are so kind & they really know how to explain things & take their time with the costumers. I went in there recently with a Dab pen that wasn’t working well I only had for a week, Kacy was so kind to exchange the pen for a new one for me, and I didn’t have my receipt on me. I really appreciated her respect and how she wanted to fix the issue for me.
  Highly recommend this place !! ????????????????
