  Extremely nice Folks at Oak Bay. Had IUD put in here and with no pre Gynecologic experiences I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. My doctor was dr Salem and him and his assistant made the experience as best as possible!

  One of the better medical centers iv been to. Always can get a decent appointment and time that fits me. They have been a wonderful help with my Diabetes and when i went to a specialist in Edmonton they told me I was one of the healthiest diabetics theyve seen in 18 years. So that made me feel great, but I also have my health, thanks to Dr Caine and his team!!!

  Angie at reception went above and beyond, she is amazing! The patients and staff are very lucky to have her at Oak Bay Medical. Dr. Nicholls made my visit very comfortable. She saw me right before closing and stayed after hours to get me in last minute, and she did not rush the appointment! Thank you !! Highly recommend this clinic.

  Dr. Salem is a wonderful doctor. I've seen 2 others when he was away and they were great as well. Angie is always pleasant and helpful on the phone. I highly recommend this clinic.

  I moved to Oak Bay with Dr. Coppola. When he retired I transitioned to Dr. Sturgeon. She's just as fantastic as Dr. Coppola. She's compassionate and direct, as well as engaging. Very easy to talk to and she's thorough. The receptionists could definitely be friendlier on the phone, though. But, once you're in the office, they're actually quite nice.
