(January 29, 2020, 10:39 pm)I've been working at this location for 2 and a bit years and it has some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. All of the managers are extremely polite and kind, as are the other staff. Management is eager to help, especially when it gets overwhelmingly busy, and the floor workers are quick to help out when a cashier calls. I love this place and think everybody should understand how fun and educational it is working here

(January 28, 2020, 5:24 pm)They were so helpful with a special order we made but after a month of waiting it was no longer available from the manufacturer. They honoured our price in another item which was ore expensive but they gave it to us for the same price. I feel like the managers went above and beyond to make our experience great. I think a lot of people go into stores expecting to be treated like royalty when they don’t give the same respect to the workers. People do what they can with what the company allows them to do. I am thankful that this location made our interaction a great one and went above and beyond to help us out :) thank you Stacy and a Michelle for all your help.

(November 19, 2017, 4:27 pm)The prices are quite steep. They have a good selection of products and online service is good. However, most of the staff are quite slow to serve customers.
