  I highly recommend this place. The owner is responsible and warmhearted. As the recipient's address is too long for printing a mailing label, the owner helped me to make a handwritten label and it was beautiful. My documents arrived in Edmonton in the early morning even though I mailed it yesterday after 5:30 pm. Thanks.

  The UPS store 243 (Akshay and Bindu) offer great service. They are most professional and knowledgeable and have always helped me with my many inquiries.

  Excellent customer service. They were open when the other stores were not, Ashkay was very personable and helpful in getting me the best value. I will be using this store for all my future shipping and office needs.

  Highly recommend this location. Extremely welcoming environment. Outstanding assistance with making my request possible. I was looking to have an item picked up and delivered here from a shop in Vancouver, it wasn’t common practice for the shop to ship items. No problem was too big for the staff at this UPS location. They walked me through the process step by step. I had the item with 2 days.
  Many thanks for your willingness and efforts to problem solve.
