My wife and I visited today around noon and Emily was outstanding, she is incredibly knowledgeable about all the stores policies and products and even sold my wife some awesome mascara and gave her tips as well! She also helped us sign up for the cool rewards program and wasn't forceful about joining. You can tell she really enjoys being there which is nice to see considering what we are all going through with COVID-19. Keep up the great customer service! Will 100% shop here again.

(June 26, 2020, 11:09 pm)We went to London Drugs to purchase a Microwave which was on sale. We couldn't find it in the aisle so went to Customer Service for assistance. The lady was super helpful. She had another staff member check the stock in the back for us. When the staff found it in the back she radioed to the front and we were told it was found and they were going to bring it out front for us. When we got it, the Microwave was huge. Right away another associate volunteered to help us take it to the car.
During the wait we were impressed by the level of service the associates up front gave to their customers. They knew some by name, they worked as a team helping one another, and the atmosphere was so friendly. -

(March 10, 2020, 2:20 pm)Recently I have been to the store twice to buy some groceries, coffee and small appliances. There is a great selection of items. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great computer department where I have had many repairs done over the years.

(August 23, 2018, 12:07 am)Very good little shopping centre. Great computer center for both pricing and after market product support.they are just super. Lots of other products for the home also and a large cosmetic selection. Ample free parking in front of the store.
