He took the time to find out what I was looking for and provided suggestions which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend buying furniture at Lazy-Boy. Great team that works together!

(August 22, 2019, 3:00 am)My husband and I were very impressed with the care and thoughtful attention that Brenda Sutherland and her colleague, Carol Ann, demonstrated during our recent La-Z-Boy shopping experience. Brenda used our living room measurements and photos that I had sent her to create a terrific proposal for furniture pieces and layout. The pieces (Abby Duo sectional, Ferguson recliner, Leo ottoman) were comfortable and well-made. Brenda's proposal was far superior to what I had been contemplating. Her fabric suggestions were compatible with our taste and complemented the style and colours of our house. Brenda had suggested coming into the store on a particular day to ensure we could take advantage of the sale prices. We were not disappointed and would not hesitate in working with Brenda again.

We were greeted by Steve (salesman) when we walked in and invited to take our time looking around. Steve was always available to answer questions about the product and was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend La-Z-Boy.
