(June 2, 2020, 2:25 pm)I have been contacting staff at Calmedi since March and have had the good fortune to have spoken with Khoa Nguyen. I had been tasked with looking for safety supplies for our office and from the start, Khoa was able to answer my questions in a timely and efficient manner, so that I was able to present the information to my team and acquire the necessary supplies, in a very difficult environment to find these items.
His knowledge of products, efficient, straight-forward manner in dealing with customers, and willingness to help is something I could not help be impressed by. Khoa was professional, answered all my questions, always got back to me with solutions and I feel this is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. During this crazy time as well, I feel he went above and beyond our expectations, and I wanted to express our gratitude and let you know what an amazing job we think he is doing.
I will definitely be recommending Calmedi to anyone looking for medical supplies. -

I went to the NE location looking for a weather protector for my aircast and he got on the phone to the NW locations asked them and they had what I was looking for. Thank you for making it so easy to shop. Great selection.
