  We needed an agent that would actually SELL our home, not just list it. Brad knows how to sell and market your home. His efforts go unmatched in actually marketing your home. He made an awesome video of our home, enhancing its value. Not many realtors can sell your home in just a few days over the Christmas holidays, especially in this market. He also helped us understand our options, and the process, and helped us pick a strategy that would get the deal done. He was right, and he worked hard on it. Super Job, well done, and very highly recommend him to anyone!

  I’ve come across Brad’s name when I was searching online for a realtor to sell our rental property.
