(April 28, 2018, 4:46 am)we We’re living here for 2 yrs in an upper unit , was great except for stairs getting old. They offered us a lower biggest mistake ever the noise from upper tenants tertible floors not sound proof.. Do not rent a lower you will regret it , the are renovating the lowers as they are mostly empty trying to get new tenants with all new finishes but they don’t noise proof there ceilings . Beware
