  I would highly recommend Women Rock Center for work outs. I think it is one of the best training center for women in Calgary.They have amazing staff who are always ready to help and answer all your queries.The trainers are genuinely interested in your well being.They keep encouraging and motivating you to achieve your goals.

  I have been part of WRC ever since it first opened and I am happy to say that where I am standing today is all because of these talented
  ladies here. Monika and Sukhi, you guys are great!!! The way you motivate and encourage me is amazing! Not only workouts, but having the options of meal plan and accountability is a great way to keep everyone moving! Thank you for always bringing out such amazing challenges and workouts each and every day!!
  I highly recommend this place to each and everyone of you who is looking for a change in their lifestyle.

  I love Women Rock Centre! When I first started, all I wanted was to lose weight and get in better shape. I didn't expect to feel like I was at home. From the time you walk in until you leave after your workout, you really feel that the staff genuinely care and want to help. I have been going since September 2018. I can see the transformation in myself. I am stronger, more flexible. I feel so much better inside and out, I am happy, confident. I'm starting to love myself again. Starting out with not able to do pushups to being able to do 3 reps. The trainers encourage you, make sure you are doing correctly. They don't want you to get hurt. They also help with a diet plan, that you can follow. They are there every step of the way. Like I said before, I love Women Rock Centre!

  Its amazing experience to be in gym they are great. I have thyroid I almost lost that hope that i will loose weight but when i came here i started from 178 pounds now i am 159pounds i love women rock centre. I will encourage everybody to come here and loose your weight and look good ans feel good.
