Professional staff, very accommodating and understanding. I find Dr. Toussi's demeanor to be knowledgable, compassionate and genuinely reflecting his passion. In the NE, no other doctor can even compare.
Doctors are good. They share multiple honest options to assure we are comfortable.
We have been going to this clinic for years now. staff and doctors are great. appointments are on time. Clinic is super clean. We love seeing Dr. Toosi. He spends time listening carefully to our concerns and doesn't rush the patient. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. We totally recommend this clinic.
Overall really good doctors and clinic.
However, receptionists are very rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional.
Seeing that there are several other people reviewing the same issue. Management should look into this and train front desk staff to be more kind to people.
