Heather goes out of her to help you has tremendous knowledge of all of her products and what is best for your needs. She is extremely friendly and genuinely wants to help. Her company matches her work ethic and she has a tremendous staff around her. This is a great reflection on her integrity and her efforts to do what’s best for the client. I have nothing to say but good things about Step-Up! I am impressed with the professionalism and the products they provide! I been searching in google for a good medical supply company and saw they great amount of reviews and to try them out. Not only were they open during Covid and I got fitted the same day and the products were in stock. I was skeptical about the products would help at first, even though my family doctor recommended them. I am surprised what a drastic different they made! Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!
Love this place! Heather is amazing. She is knowledgeable about the products and helpful in claims. She will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and want. Even with my crazy schedule she'll make sure I get my items wherever and whenever I need them.
