  We have been a customer of Shorty's since 2015, storing our RV at their facility. We like the security features they offer and we have always been impressed at how well maintained the facility is. We have been exceptionally happy with their customer service as well. We recently purchased a new RV and needed to arrange a temporary spot until we were able to sell our old RV. Shorty's was able to accommodate our needs. Thank you for making our storage needs so hassle free and going above and beyond.

  Good place to store a trailer. Well maintained and accessible year round. Seems pricy but I haven’t compared other places. Good value overall.

  Very happy with Shorty storage; friendly and helpful staff. I forgot to get the name of the front office guy but he went out of his way to find a boosting cable to boost the dead battery of my truck with a CAT today. I would recommend Shorty if you are looking for an RV storage.

  My daughter was living in Banff and decided to move home to Ontario . At the last minute she decided she was not sure she wanted to leave the mountains so she planned a flight home instead to visit. She needed to find a place to leave her vehicle until she returned. Shorty's was recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their storage needs often. They indicated I would find great service, prices and clean, safe storage. Shorty's did not disappoint. After a short conversation and a few emails Dennis was able to secure a spot for her vehicle. We had many questions on the logistics of this since we had never done this before. Dennis went above and beyond to answer the questions and most importantly have the storage arrangements done in a very short time. This was all done over a few emails in only a couple of hours time. When my daughter arrived the next day , the on site office was already closed as it was later in the day. She had no issues with access and finding her spot. She was only a short cab ride from the airport which was amazing as well. We highly recommend this facility . You will not be disappointed !! Five stars for Shorty's. Maria M Fort Erie, ON
