  I rented a fantastic jeep from Routes over the family day long weekend. I cruised through the Banff area and was super happy I had 4X4 as the roads were snow covered and slippery.
  
  - Super quick pick up (2 minutes) and drop off.
  
  I've already recommended them to relatives going on a trip to Calgary.

  Good service and good price. Received an upgrade to a SUV but it was a Jeep Wrangler - not exactly what I consider an SUV. Be sure to ask what your getting before saying yes
  Although not within airport - shuttle service to and from their office was quick. Would definitely rent from them again.

  At first i was worried about taking a rental off-terminal, but their Routes prices on this particular were far more competitive than the terminal. It was a no-brainer. There is usually a short wait for shuttle service - remember to call first upon arrival for pick-up at the airport. They were fast and polite and I was happy with my rental. I would definitely use their service again.

  Great rates, new cars, and friendly service. I know some reviewers complain about the extra insurance up-sell, but I have rental coverage through my auto insurer so I didn't have a problem (look into it as it's an inexpensive add-on and worth it). My only complaint is that it's a little far from the airport, but being picked up and dropped off was helpful. I would definitely use again.

  Awesome people, I've never been picked up at the airport so fast. They gave me a 4x4 Rogue for a great rate (I booked the car last minute too at the airport), car drove smooth, gas was full, no issues whatsoever. When I needed an extra day for the car rental it wasn't a hassle either, dropped off car as they were closing and had a lift back to the airport. Would rent again, thanks so much and Happy New Year!
