Excellent company and well managed. I was a tenant renting from Realty Link for one year. Rapid response to concerns and friendly, helpful service. Would reccomend!
We were with Realty Link for over ten years. We did not have any issues and they came quickly when things needed repairing. Before moving out, we made sure to replace light bulbs and fix the holes in the walls from hanging things. At our walk out, they were more than fair and did not try to bill us unfairly. They recognized the carpets and walls needing paint as wear and tear. At the move out, Cecil explained that it was good that we replaced all bulbs, did repairs as they need to pay a contractor to do these things and a simple bulb can end up costing way more than the dollar you would spend at the dollar store. We received our deposit back, minus a missing screen and broken light fixture. The charge was more than reasonable. It was a great experience and we would rent from them again. When you move out of a place, you need to spend time or money cleaning and repairing items to avoid having to pay a hired contractor. Realty link provided us with a list of expectations so that we could avoid charges. Otherwise, this stuff will come out of your deposit at a higher cost than doing it yourself.
Great property management company with excellent customer service. They respond quickly to emails and fix issues with houses very quickly. Would definitely recommend renting from here. If you follow their instructions and paperwork, you will have a smooth tenancy.
