  This is an excellent facility - we have had no issues whatsoever for the past 6 months. It is very clean, new, safe and secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone. What stands out is the customer service provided by Della - she goes above and beyond. She will bend over backwards to make sure everything will work for you. It seems she really likes her job, which is a rare thing these days. There are many storage facilities to choose from but what makes the difference and what stands out is the customer service and followup by Della. We are very happy customers!

  As I have used Public Storage for a 14 yr stint from 2003- 2017, I am familiar with the services & was pleasantly grateful that Della was there to assist me in my needs. Della took good care of me @ your center ave & Barlow location, so it It is good to be surrounded by friends. Duane was awesome in showing me around & familiarizing me with your new & updated facility ... felt like coming home ????????????

  Excellent and friendly service from Shirley Della and Ishita. Super friendly and have lots of humor. They know exactly what I need and offered the best quality moving supplies. Very clean facility, security and most importantly is the customer service from these three WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL LADIES (just like Charlie’s Angels) ❤️????????
