Dean, Lance, Ashley and Josh are highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers who are determined in helping you reach your goals.
I lost 17Ibs my first month. I have more of an understanding of my body, and best of all I can fit my suites for the upcoming wedding season.

(November 25, 2016, 6:07 pm)Platoon fitness and I have a love hate relationship. Dean the owner knows how to push me to the limit the grind is hard but well worth it. It's something I couldn't have done without him and the result are amazing. He has been helping me with my rehab from an accident as well as some one on one boxing training. Anyone who hasn't tried this gym needs to get over there asap

If you are looking to see results; real results this is the gym! Dean is an amazing trainer. His staff is supportive, friendly and they know their stuff. Everyone at this gym is friendly and welcoming. Everyone supports everyone, which is rare especially in a gym atmosphere.
I have been to more than a few gyms and they are all the same. When I walked into Platoon FX I was extremely nervous. The class was intense and something I had never done before. The following day I couldn’t walk, but I had to go back for more and now I’m hooked. I am lucky and really happy to be a part of the Platoon family! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a change in fitness, you will find it here! Dean will make sure of it!
