I had a small purchase in their store for my big project but he paid attention to what I needed and gave good suggestions to what I need and what I won't need - honest.
So even though it was a small purchase on my part, Jensen took his time with me without me feeling any rush. So the customer-to-business relationship was terrific :) -

Jensen was incredibly welcoming and very personable. I felt that he genuinely carried about what product would best fit my lifestyle and financial needs. When they arrived to lay the flooring they showed extreme professionalism (arrived on time, very efficient and left the place in better condition than when they arrived). Throughly impressed! I am so happy with the final product and it looks amazing!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them next time as well!

(January 22, 2019, 2:01 am)Best flooring company in Calgary, we built our basement and we are more that happy for all the job made for you guys, I’ll highly recommend in you are planing to make some Renovations at home, since day one Jensen was very helpful, so quickly replied all my emails and all my questions it was so helpful, once we meet at the shop, we received the best services ever, even We went with my two kids and they were so patience, all materials came on time, we got exactly what we have ordered, any issues through the whole process, and it wasn’t easy because they match perfectly with the rest of my home. Hands up for this company and special for Jensen very nice guy and he mades the best for get us exactly what we needed. We highly recommend Maple flooring and kitchen cabinets for your future renovations you don’t gonna regret. Best company to deal with.
