(July 4, 2019, 1:55 am)Just bought my first smartphone at Marlborough Mall Lucky Mobile. The sales staff - especially the young woman - are outstanding. Absolutely none of the BS like some of their competitors, who told me that I needed photo ID to buy a smartphone and open a prepaid account. She activated the phone and added my cash balance to it and handed it to me; all set up and working. Best customer service I've ever had at one of those places. Now, to learn how to use this darn thing. [I'm a clam-shell phone dinosaur. lol. But after playing with it for a bit, I can see now why everyone is so addicted to them.].
