  The service at this dealership is outstanding. The check in staff for service are friendly and amazing. The shuttle drivers will keep you entertained for the journey. The coffee is hot, massage chairs are okay ( the old ones were way better), kids play area. When your vehicle is done they let you know right away and on top of that they don't nickel and dime you. Example. I have a 2014 highlander was there for a simple oil change service, got the shuttle to downtown, I told them i had bought new wipers and had them in the trunk they installed them for me no charge. most places are in your wallet first and service later. They are good honest people in the service department and that is hard to find in mechanic shops.

  This dealership and service department is amazing. I have been buying vehicles here (6) for the last 12 years and I love the people and the service. They exceed expectations in all areas. A special thank you to Jiven and Mike in service. You always take great care of me and my vehicle. Great work everyone. From start to finish, it is wonderful.

  I purchased my first SUV and I am glad I did because of the bad
  winter we are having. Gabriel was very helpful in explaining to me
  the features of various models and I test drove the ones I was interested
  in buying. He showed me the maintenance record and safety inspection
  of the vehicle that I chose to buy. I was very satisfied with all the information that he provided. The car was washed and clean and
  displayed in the show room. Good service and good advice from a
  very nice man.

  Brian was absolutely exceptional and pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient and is not like your typical car salesman! He made our car purchase so easy. There was a mix up where our car starter wasn’t installed for the delivery date. We had to rebook into service to get it installed but Brian was so helpful with arranging the appointment and also a loaner vehicle. Definitely recommend speaking to Brian if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

  Sunny is amazing! He is such a charismatic fellow. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and uplifting (he is also very handsome)! I refuse to be helped by anyone else; if you are looking for an incredible person to help you look no further.
