(June 27, 2020, 3:15 am)Almost a year ago I signed up with Chatr through Malborough Mall location. The store in that mall sold me a busted phone and when I came to this location in tears, they were amazing to me. Head office never helped me with that issue but it didn't matter. I took it as a loss in terms of finance but a win for finding this location.
Sonny was very patient and knowledgable and Joannee was god sent! I got there just to visit now and they are more then just my phone company, they are my friends and I'm glad I stopped by Pacific Mall. -

(February 20, 2020, 10:22 pm)I enjoyed being with chatr mobile. The staff here are very informative. The network is exceptionally fast and reliable and the pricing is a lot cheaper than most companies in canada. This is the location you should go to!

Our family uses chatr exclusively and wonder why others pay twice to three times more for the same thing.
