Our Air Canada flight was delayed by 70 minutes so we missed our pre-booked Brewster shuttle but without skipping a beat, the friendly Brewster staff booked us for the next one which was only an hour away. We were so relieved and grateful. The driver was warm, knowledgeable, and fast. The ride was really comfortable and the views of the Rockies on the way to and from Banff were breathtaking.
