  Great experience! Was able to make a last minute appointment no wait when we arrived. The owner and other stylist were incredibly courteous and friendly. Throughout the haircut they would ask how we wanted the small details of our hairstyles. My stylist offered to wash my hair before styling to remove the clippings. So nice because I'm sensitive to the little hair pieces after a cut. We were provided with a delicious cup of tea after our cuts. There was no rush to get into pay. Also, there was no attempts to upsell us on anything. In fact, my girl was told that her natural hair colour was so perfect that she didn't even need to colour her hair. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

  Vicky did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She had great attention to detail and listened to what I wanted. Her expert opinion was valued and I am glad I went there for my haircut.

  This place is under new management and the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. I just walked out with the best haircut I've ever had. Vicky's care, attention to detail, skill and overall professionalism is unmatched. I would easily recommend this place to anyone.

  New management and new stylists are in. They were very friendly and attentive to details. Andrew worked with me to get to know how I usually style my hair and how it was cut in the past and then finally what I was looking to go for. He provided feedback from there and was very clear what was being done at each step and made sure I was comfortable with the cut all the way through.Really happy with the service and the haircut!
