  Even 5 starts don’t do Justice about what this company really is. The best thing about we decided to go with ALLIANCE was because we saw a lot of signs outside a lot of houses in our community building basement, garage, so it’s good sign it’s a trusted company, they were really quick since I contact them to start with my project take couple days, Ridge was my first contact, very professional and valuable help. Then he came with Don, and we were really surprised how great and professional they were, a lot of experience, they caught first what we wanted and was perfect start, Don got us the best price and the best rates, we got the best quality for the best price, Paul was perfect doing the layout, all team at the office were amazing!! We were so lucky getting Ryan as our Site Supervisor, amazing guy and very valuable team member, always there if we needed something every time going beyond our expectations, doing the best for get the job finish on time hands up for Ryan as the best Site supervisor, very professional and nice people! Every single person that came to my house, framers, electrician, plumber, carpet, flooring, tapping... every one was the best doing an amazing job on time and clean, we want really thank all the Perfect Job you have made at my basement!! All was on schedule even quicker! ALLIANCE you have in every member of your team the most valuable people and Companies do you choice to work with, they are the best!! We highly recommend ALLIANCE! Thank Ryan for the great job and get it before kids came back, All the best!!

  Alfred and I were both pleased with the service from Alliance Renovations for our garage construction. We will definitely recommend your company to all our friends and colleagues. The most that impressed us was the professionalism from day 1 and the way Don presented to us all the details of the construction and the cost. Tim and his contractors showed obvious care and pride in their workmanship and in doing the job well. (We thank you each time we get into the garage).

  We chose Alliance for our basement development. At first, Don in sales, gave us the sense of knowledge and commitment we were looking for. Choosing Alliance was extremely important to us and we are very satisfied with our decision. The Team were invaluable by ensuring high quality during the process: Ryan, had great advice and handled all the city requirements, Jay was very patient and approachable all the time and Jensen was fantastic when choosing our flooring and bathroom. We really value the professionalism and courtesy of every member of the team. Now, we have a modern and bright basement, we will be proud to share with family and friends.

  We just developed our basement with Alliance and would undoubtedly recommend them for anyone looking for their type of services. The work was completed on time and on budget. The trades used were all very courteous and did great work. The Alliance Team was communicative and professional. If any issues came up, they were resolved amicably and timely and as a result we have a well finished basement development. I would not hesitate in recommending Alliance to anyone, especially when it can be hard to find reliable and professional developers on a search engine.
