Never have I ever seen someone work so hard for me, his responses were instant and when I left the dealership I knew without a doubt I got the best deal on a new car. I hate car buying but Adams honesty, transparency, and customer service changed my whole perception on salesman. Best dealership experiance ever. I 100% recommend and if you're looking to buy a car make sure to ask for Adam.

I was very interested in Kia based on recommendations, research and reviews that spoke to there high quality and performance. That said I wasn’t looking forward to the prospect of dealing with high pressure sales staff who were more concerned with moving cars then helping me find the right vehicle. However my experience was the exact opposite. I dealt with Dylan, who I can easily say is a true asset for the dealership. Throughout my entire experience he acted incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and addressed any concerns. The experience was low pressure, the process was well explained and prices were fair. The vehicle I ended up purchasing is everything I hoped for and more. This was honestly an incredibly positive experience and I will without a doubt be recommending this dealership to my family, friends and coworkers.

(December 6, 2018, 7:35 pm)I am reviewing Service department here. The manager, Tyler is phenomenal, he is really caring, responsible, honest and will go above and beyond for the customers. He deserves a big raise. I have been dealing with the various dealerships over the years but never met anyone like him. Superb service. Tara is very good too as well as shuttle drivers Steve and Murry.

On delivery of the car we noticed an issue with one of the wheels. It was replaced the next day. No fuss. Excellent service.
This is our first Kia and we were extremely satisfied with the buying experience. Would highly recommend visiting.
