  A good friend of mine originally introduced me to Keto.
  And I have never ever regretted I gave it a try.
  Keto is incredibly passionate about what he does and it reflects on each training session.
  Keto is extremely reliable and punctual, always with an exercise routine planned.
  He ensures that technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
  Every session with Keto is different, so you never get bored.
  His gym is always clean and well equipped.
  He would always answer any questions you may have.
  I have learned a lot from Keto. Now i feel confident i have the tools to continue exercising on my own.
  Keto is not just a great trainer, but he is an amazing person in general, always with a positive attitude, greets you with a big smile.(:

  I have trained him with him for a few years. Keto is very passionate about everything he does in fitness training and is dedicated to his clients. He makes each workout intense and different whether it is boxing, using weights or doing cardio. Keto is very personable, patient and has a calm disposition. He is an honest and genuine personal trainer who will tell you exactly how he sees things and will give you his honest opinions and expert advice. He has a vast knowledge about weights, foods and all aspects of fitness as well as life and keeping healthy and strong.
  I am happy to have known and trained with Keto. I also feel confident that I keep healthy and fit because I train regularly with him and I look forward to longevity of life.
  Thank you Keto for everything. I appreciate all the hours, advice and work you have put in to helping me live longer and stay healthy.

  The man Is a machine. Top notch experience from someone that actually knows what he's doing. I had seen 3 other personal trainers before I met keto, once keto put me to work I finally seen that changes I was dreaming I could get and didn't think was possible till KETO

  I have worked out with Keto for a few years now! He's expertise have shown me the correct way to workout and that it's about being healthy and strong! The rest will fall into place. He is the only trainer that has actually changed the shape of my body. With his expertise and his kind disposition, he pushed me beyond what I thought were hard limits and I'm stronger than I have ever been!

  Keto is by far the best trainer that I have worked with. Being a competitive althlete has allowed me to have access to some amazing trainers through out my life and none of them have been able to motivate and push me to my limits like Keto. He has taken me to the best physical condition of my life.
