  My husband and I just bought our first home, and Richard helped us find it! I highly recommend going with Richard if you are looking for a home. He is trustworthy, reliable, and best of all: he has patience. He told us that even if the process of finding a place took us a couple of years, he was willing to help us.
  
  We aren't from Calgary, and sometimes it's hard to find good honest people who aren't just out for your money. Richard is definitely an honest person. He didn't pressure us into buying a house, and he didn't pressure us into seeing houses we didn't want to see (which, apparently, happens here).
  
  If you're buying a home, trust me, call this guy! It's the first and right decision for your future!

  Richard was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. He made my home sale and purchase of my next property smooth and handled any challenges in the process without having me incur any undue stress. I was actually surprised at how seamlessly everything went. I would highly recommend Richard as a realtor.

  Richard helped my fiancé and I buy our first home and it was a lot less intimidating than we first imagined buying a house would be! Richard gave us honest advice to steer us away from bad deals and encouraged us to leap when the time was right. He was extremely responsive and made himself available to us during the several months we worked together. He's candid, organized, and prepared and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

  Rich was professional and helpful. We consulted with him first to see what should be done to the property first before selling. We made the upgrades he suggested, and used him to sell. We sold in a day! Definitely recommend Rich to others.
