(April 20, 2019, 3:32 pm)I arrived at this Holiday Inn by mistake after a late night of work, and it was around 2 am. The front desk staff Selven did not hesitate to help me phone the correct Holiday Inn, let me use their phone to call my company, he helped me with calling a cab, and even gave me a small bag of chips and a bottle of water. His kind gestures and friendly hospitality made me feel welcome and taken care of even though I wasn't a guest at his hotel. Truly exemplary of great service!

(March 17, 2019, 7:31 pm)Very under staffed when they knew there would be many teams coming. Pool is small but fun. Pool towels are very small. Gym is also small. The conference room was okay. Our room was spacious but it took a long time to get things fixed.
