Doctors are absolutely phenomenal but the middle aged lady with the blonde hair at reception is always rude and extremely snarky. Honestly if the doctors weren’t so amazing here, we wouldnt come back.
Great customer service. I was in and out in under 45 minutes for a walk in visit. Reception was fast and friendly. Dr. Ivan D'Souza was very professional and polite.
I have had nothing but good experiences with doctors at this clinic. Doctors are friendly and actually care about you as a patient.
I've used this clinic as a walk in when I had shingles back in January 2015. I was suffering from incredible spasming back pain. The doctor asked a few things and then asked if I had a rash anywhere. I said yes and in a second he knew what it was. He prescribed some anti-virals and was set. I was super impressed at how easy they made it and on top of things they were.
We have since used them several times for the whole family for walk in having moved in to the area recently. They continue to diagnose accurately, prescribe properly and handle us with respect and care.
The offices are clean and bright with appropriate privacy. The front desk staff are very respectful and friendly. They have a drug store onsite which is very helpful.
I have no hesitation to use these guys further.
