  Super customer service on a regular basis from Karla Thompson! She is very prompt on returning calls and following up on my inquiries. Cannot ask for better service than what she has provided. Also Jordan was most helpful when Karla was on vacation awhile back. I am impressed with this company 's quality staff and customer service.

  Love Brokerlink and Sarah Ho! I had called for a quote before the office opened, but I was re-directed to Nicole Wahoski in Edmonton; these 2 ladies were helpful and professional. Out of peace of mind, I contacted TD Insurance where we had our motorcycle insurance previously with; I had to wait on hold for 55 minutes before someone answered the phone! They were too high both with a premium and deductible amounts (only $2500 on bikes). I called back to speak with Sara, she answered her phone immediately and was able to assist me with our needs. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

  Called in to complain about my increase in premium. Spoke with Christine, she spent a great deal of time explaining the reason for the increase, and then took extra time to go through my policy in detail. She was able to identify a couple areas where we could save some money. In the end she reduced my premium almost enough to make up for the increase. But more importantly she showed me some features about my policies that I didn't even know were there. Definitely worth the price of the insurance with some of the extras. Christine is an awesome broker, I wish there were more people like her.
