  Ever since I started seeing Dr. Yuen as my family Doctor, I have gotten more answers and proper diagnosis’ then with my former Dr. He takes his time to listen to you!

  our Family of 5 have been patients at this clinic for over a decade. We have always been treated like we were important and received very thorough care. Recently we had to pick up and move out of the city very quickly for work and I attempted to get an appointment for myself to refill some meds that have been unchanged for 17 years that I need to take daily. When I explained the situation l was told I couldn’t get an appointment. Getting an appointment has never ever been an issue so I was surprised. I again attempted to get an appointment when I was back in the city for a few days and was again told no. I explained that I needed this script filled and was still told no. Upon arrival back in my new city I have been unable to find a doctor and walk-ins hours make for an inability to get this done in small town northern Alberta. I phoned the clinic and again pleaded my situation (having never asked for this type of help) and was told with reluctantance that a refill would be done but only for a $40 fee. This entire process was incredibly hurtful and charging fees in this situation is not reasonable. I explained this also, but was told, “ok” and hung up on.
