  My family have been using Hawkwood Auto Service for couple of years or so. Steve and his crew is always prompt and decent with quality of work and the price. Sometimes he is kind enough to do small work like lightbulb change in gratis!
  I left dealership because my car "needed" work constantly. When I am coming to this garage I receive a honest service. Never feel tricked on. Also Steve is just awesome guy who genuinely cares about his costumers, always smile on his face. I am highly recommend this auto service if I could I would give them 6 stars!!!

  5 star service. Being new to Calgary and reasonably new to Canada, I’m very happy to have found a trustworthy/extremely reliable mechanic who will give an honest appraisal.
  
  What I thought to be a brake issue that actually wasn’t an issue at all. We discussed an estimate on what work I thought was required and after the professionals had a closer inspection, no work or parts were required. I could have been 500-600 dollars out of pocket for non required labour/parts, but thanks to the integrity of the guys at Hawkwood auto, they gave my car the once over and tick of approval.
  
  Happily will recommend their services to anybody new to the area, and will definitely be taking all mechanical services here in the future.

  I took my car to Hawkwood Auto when my vehicle was smoking under the hood, and they fixed the problem at no charge, and suggested two maintenance fixes. What I loved is they were able to explain why they were problems and were very honest about what could wait and what couldn't. I got my car back with the two maintenance fixes same day. I was referred here after a bad experience with a large chain, and I will only bring my car here for now on!

  Hawkwood Auto has the friendliest, the most competent and not to say the least, the most generous people I met in the last 25 years.
  
  Christmas came early because of their generosity and integrity. They are always there to help and offer good advice to your car problems. Also, did I mention that they are good listeners too? Where else can you find a mechanic that has all these virtues these days?
  
  My car is something I rely on every day, so if you want to be worry free, just take your car to them.
