  Awesome service!
  
  A part I bought in November failed way too early. The staff dug through their records to locate the original transaction so they could exchange it. That’s way beyond the call of duty and much more than the big-chain-nearby has ever done.
  
  I’ve found they always try to get me what I need and answer questions.

  Usually pretty good here. Didn't like being told the issue was likely with my car when returning garbage LEDs that start strobing. Sure, it's the plug in my car when only 1/2 the LEDs on the bulb are flashing - no, bad solder joints on cheap LEDs, had hoped when they switched to the new brand that the LEDs would be better but no..Warranty is nice on bulbs but continually replacing them is not.

  Great place I went yesterday and had to get new windshield wipers and these two guys came out in the bitter cold like -20 and put them on my van for me. I always go to Auto Value First they're the best

  Good parts shop.i am a fan of their customer service very friendly helpful knowledgeable and they are encyclopedia of all parts. Quality is good and very reasonable price-. Free parking free handica parking handicap access no public washeoom but customers / clients. Close to 52 street so easy to reach but lot of parking space. As a Local guide I will definitely recommend them for auto parts

  The only bad thing I have to say is that 5 stars are not enough. I have been coming to this location for years now and I will always drive past other stores just so I can go here. The cashiers are really good, they are easy to have a conversation with and over time you are able to have a really good connection with them. The staff that roam the floors are really good with offering any services they can, from helping you locate a part or offering some background knowledge on what parts work better with others or what fluids could be compatible with some makes and models. The parts/service guys are very approachable and will probe you on what kind of a project you are working on and will share personal knowledge on what might not be an issue at this point in time with your vehicle, but what will need to be replaced in the future for engineering flaws or etc. I love this place and I will always take my vehicles here.
