  We had a great experience with Jenn the other day, she’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We got a great machine in our budget alongside great advise. It’s surprisingly difficult to find non-judgemental friendly advise from a sewing shop! Not here, it was very good. Thank you

  Pre-booked my machine servicing appointment. The turnaround from drop-off to pick-up was less than 24 hours! Shawn called to advise me what he had found in his inspection, what replacement parts were needed and what would improve my topstitching results. Thanks, Shawn!

  I was shopping for a serger.
  was shopping between brother and janome.
  and also the customer service.
  i have to say that Beatrice did a very good job showing me for more then an hour the serger.
  witch I didn't have with the competitor.
  beatrice made me oall in love with the awesome Janome product. thank you to you.

  After years of feeling forced to shop at Fabricland due to a lack of other options, I am so happy to have discovered this shop. You won't find the full range of fabrics types here (focus is on quilting fabrics), or the full range of notions, but you will get excellent service and good quality fabric.The fabric is well organized and laid out in a way that makes it easy to pull a bolt off the shelf (which is not always the case in fabric stores I have found). The staff are SO FRIENDLY and knowledgeable , offering help with converting measurements and estimating quantities, giving advice on fabric choice, techniques, etc. Best of all, the shop and the staff realize that many sewers are also parents - they have a small play area for children and welcome kids warmly. When I go there, I am able to enjoy the time and focus on my selection instead of being terrified my child is going to accidentally knock a table of fabric over while being a kid. On the repair side of things, I did have to wait a long time for a call back and eventual repair on my machine, but it was affordable and the front desk staff also helped me weigh out whether the potential cost of the diagnosis and repair would be justifiable based on the value of my machine. Over all, excellent service.
