Came here looking for a replacement stem for my bong. I brought the broken piece along with me because the sizes can be a bit specific. At first it didnt seem like I was going to find a match but the girl there looked through every single bubble wrapped item to find me one that would work. She even offered that I could bring it back if it wasnt the right fit. After almost a decade of service from me I've always left happy!
