Flaman Fitness Calgary South

Great friendly service this morning at Flaman Fitness. Prices were very competitive and Miguel helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even helped me out to my car with it. Highly recommend.

Very Pleasant experience in the store, was in Tuesday Dec 11th around 5:30 pm looking to buy a Treadmill, had a very nice conversation with Miguel, even though we have not made up our minds yet on the Treadmill we like to buy, we do have a better idea. I ended up buying a foam roller, my wife and I will be back to see him once we come to a decision.

I started off with a treadmill that was giving me great anxiety when it would come to a sudden halt on me.
It was doing it at random and I began to not trust the machine, and no longer would get on it.
I got intouch with Scott at Flaman and he went to bat at trying to replace the treadmill.
Scott was very prompt and effecient at always getting back to me about what was being done to help me out.
He called me back within days and were happy to say they were replacing the unit with a brand new Treadmill for me free of charge with exception of delivery cost.
Scott and Steve worked hard at removing the old unit and within hours I was up and enjoying a new unit with a extra year of warranty included.
Thank you so much Scott for helping me out and getting me up and running once again .

My boyfriend and I came into the store today looking for a spin bike, as we are not from Calgary we were hoping to find the right bike for the right price. We had been shopping around all day and we decided to go into Flaman Fitness as our last stop before making up our mind, our sales guy was Miguel, he helped up pick out a good spin bike and educated us on the difference between them. I must say out of all the places we went to today, Flaman Fitness gave us the best service and he was kind enough to put the bike in our vehicle for us, we will definitely be back and also recommend Flaman to others ..

Came in the store today and had the pleasure of speaking to Miguel. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Helped answer all my questions and was very professional. I was also impressed at how nice the store looked, I been into quite a few fitness stores around not only Calgary, but upon my travels in BC as well, and none have been as nice, clean and spacious as this one. I was blown away not just by the amazing service I received in the store today but also how beautiful, clean and organised the store is. I will be recommending all my friends to come check it out.
