  Great place, everyones friendly staff and non staff are all inspiring to be around. Their coaches and alway up beat and encourage you to push further than you think you could go yourself. There always someone around to answer all your question. Highly suggest going in and checking it out.

  I started the 6 weeks journey not sure what to expect and now I know that it was a life changing experience! The trainers push you to be your best self and I feel great! Thank you Koko family! Highly recommend it!!! Philip

  Amazing experience with this gym. So friendly and welcoming. I have literally seen the weight melt off. It is so exciting.

  My husband and I decided back in June to try one of these 6 week challenges we kept hearing so much about.
  
  He was really unhappy with how he looked, and with me being 4 months postpartum, and having no self esteem whatsoever, together we decided it was time to make a change.
  
  That’s when we found Koko!
  
  Words cannot express how grateful I am for the staff at Koko! They are the most caring, kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated people that I’ve ever met.
  
  With a bit of guidance, a nutrition plan in place and workout schedule, I was ready to make a change. And boy did I ever! I managed to lose 16lbs and 6 inches off my waist in just 6 weeks!
  
  For any of you moms out there who know what it’s like to be widely unhappy with your body after giving birth, or to feel like you still look pregnant even though you’re not, or even if you’re just looking to get your sexy back, this is the place for you!
  
  I now feel healthier, happier, stronger and more confident than I ever have before!

  Koko has become a place I can’t wait to go!! I’m so lucky to have a gym that encourages, pushes and helps me to be the best version of myself. I’ve lost weight and gained a lot more confidence - it’s been life changing!
  
  The trainers are amazing and are some of the most supportive people I’ve ever met. The Shannons and support staff are encouraging and have become people I can’t wait to see too.
  
  I’ve also made a ton of friends who encourage each other as well! Thanks to Koko and it’s members for an unbelievable couple of months!
