My daughter's glasses broke after a few months, and Blink fully replaced them with no charge. Maggie helped my daughter pick a brand new pair that she loves. She also gave her a new pair to use until the new ones that we ordered came in. This way, my daughter did not have to be without glasses at all. I also purchased a new pair a couple of days later. Maggie was kind and helpful and provided excellent service. She is very knowledgeable and great at her job!

Blink eyewear is the best optical store I have ever been to! From the eye exam to billing my EHC to picking frames and lenses the entire entire experience was 100% top notch! Everyone there is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I recommend this location highly. Thank you for such fabulous service....I will be a returning customer!!!

Customer service is awesome here! I also like the professionalism of all the staff including the optometrist. Service is quick and very helpful. The customer has the choice to buy from Blink eyewear or you can take your prescription somewhere else. I got a better deal on eyewear here with discounts than if I ordered online.

It has always been a positive experience every time I requested something at this place, whether its purchasing contact lenses, records for my copy, follow-ups, etc.. In a recent visit, Devynn, one of their staff, has been very helpful and quick to respond on my request for new contact lenses. She facilitated quickly on processing my insurance claims and everything that I needed. All I had to do was come by the clinic to pick-up my contact lenses. Thanks again! ???? Maggie and Shafia are always happy, patience and fun when it comes to picking glasses - we never feel rushed in making a decision and they offer great suggestions. They really seem to enjoy helping us make the right choice of glasses for our family.

Had a really positive experience at Blink. Dr. Nicole was very thorough and explained things I didn't understand. The exam wasn't rushed even though it was a bit busy at the time. When picking out my glasses, Maggie was super sweet and helpful. She helped pick out a few pairs of glasses for me to try on and was very honest with her feedback, which I appreciated. It was overall very good customer service. Maggie went above and beyond to explain the differences in prices and what certain additions/coatings were for. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new optometrist/place to purchase glasses. Was very happy with my experience here.
