Dr. Kawakami is extremely professional with the patients best interest always his priority. He diagnosed my father with a kidney tumor and removed his kidney and my father is doing amazing!
This all three stars are for doctor, he was really good at looking my aunt’s health issues but I think receptionist got some kind of problems. His receptionist was rolling her eyes all the time we were there. We had an appointment at 11.40 and I just went to her to ask how much long it will take for a doctor to see my aunt she acted rudely and told us that doctor is only 20 mins late. She was very unprofessional as well. She was racist as well.
I find him to be very good. He came highly recommended and he's very interested in what's wrong and I hope that he finds a solution. His receptionist by the way is just find there's nothing wrong with her
