  I walked in to this store one week ago, I was so fortunate to meet one of the salesperson called Seth Besenski, He is very knowledgeable in all the watches, also being so patient and explain everything in detail for all my concerns. I am so satisfied with his excellent customer service. So I eventually went back to the store and get my first dream watch. I strongly recommend you to talk with this nice gentleman if you are looking for good watches. He is the best.

  We recently purchased a couple of Rolex timepieces from J Vair Anderson. The store has a jovial atmosphere and they have an excellent team working there. A special shout-out to Seth for providing a first-class watch buying experience. He has so much knowledge in timepieces and is extremely friendly to deal with. You can immediately tell he has a deep passion for horology and is genuinely interested in helping you choose the perfect piece. Thanks Seth for helping me find my dream watch!
  Also looks like there are big changes coming in the form of a new Rolex storefront inside the store. Can't wait to see it!

  When no other store could accomplish the simple task of performing an insurance replacement for my Rolex watch, these folks stepped up and made it happen....and at a much lower price than the competition. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this place and it will be my first place to visit when looking for fine jewelry.

  Stopped by to look at nomos watches for wedding gifts. Maggie was extremely helpful and not pushy in the slightest. More than willing to bring out a ton of watches to try and compare. Was also helpful with wedding bands. Even though this was just a scouting trip and plan to buy later she still was more than accommodating. Definitely plan to drive down from Edmonton and do my watch buying here! Wish they carried Tudor watches however
