  They are always polite and we got our order in time very good customer service specially the staff works at night when we order around 10 pm his so nice to us, can’t complain this pizza place keep it up guys good job 5 stars ????...sorry I don’t know the name of the person work but 2/12/19 10:40 pm

  Very good customer service. Excellent place to visit. The pizza always sooo yummy.

  I had recently posted a bad review for the Douglasdale Calgary Location. The manager has called me and apologized for the poor customer service from one of the employees. I did express that it has happened many times before. It appears there was a glitch for the online ordering and I did not get what I ordered through my favourites. He did say he was going to fix the situation. Since he has reached out to rectify the situation I reposted a good review. He just has to get a better handle on how the employees deal with the customers. With so many great pizza places in Calgary, they have to make sure they stay competitive in all areas.....customer service and quality is essential. Even sometimes the poorly put together pizzas with so little toppings on is the responsibility of the employees as well. The manager needs to stay on top of this at this location. Here is hoping that things will always be improving here. I will be ordering from this location again.
