(July 6, 2019, 6:25 pm)I was shopping with my family today for a food blender. We were specifically looking for the ninja blender. The tag for the blender said two cups included. However, the box didn't included the cups. We took the issue to customer service. Brian the retailer supervisor not only honored us the cups but also made our experience memorable. Great person to talk with. I would love to shop here again.

(June 8, 2019, 4:14 am)Very good customer service here. I had purchased a new bicycle here and had some issues with it right after. Went to the customer service desk and was helped by Savanna. Very friendly and willing to help. She made me feel that the issue was not a big deal and she would do her best to get the problem resolved. Put me at ease. Wes in the bike repair center called me the next day to make sure he knew exactly what the issues were and went out of his way to get them fixed in a timely manner. He called me when it was fixed. Savanna was there again when I picked the bike up. She remembered who I was and what I was picking. Good customer service skills. Thank you to all.

(April 25, 2019, 4:02 pm)My experience was positive at this location. It's a typical Canadian Tire store with all the amenities. The service was prompt and the cashier was friendly and courteous. There is huge parking in front of the store. This store serves the country hills community well. I would definitely recommend this place.
