  Jim is a very nice realor! He is very patient, professional and shared lots of important information with us. He tried his best to help us find our dream home! He is also very good at bargaining the price! We feel so glad to meet him and chose him as our realtor! Definitely recommend!

  We bought in 2017 and Jim helped us in finding our house. We had bad experience with other realtors before him, so we were ready to go agent-less in the house hunt. We lucked out by stepping into a open house that Jim was doing, and ended up realizing that he is honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, and did his research based on our criteria. He also gave us enough time and space to make our own decisions. Most importantly, he patiently guided me into rationally evaluating properties and patiently waiting for all house that i truly like. He answered all our questions, and showed us as many houses as we want regardless of the location. All these made me believe that he is a true professional and he works for our best interests.
  I strongly recommend him for anyone who is considering buying/selling properties.

  I had the good fortune to have Jim Perks as my realtor for the sale of two rental properties in 2018: a house and a condo. Jim’s experience and expertise, along with his meticulous market research, were invaluable in helping me set a competitive asking price on both properties. The house sold within a week for 99% of its listed price. The condo sale took longer due to the number of condos on the market, but sold at a satisfactory price due to Jim’s unflagging perseverance. His multi-faceted approach, which includes a strong online presence, numerous Open Houses and liaising with other realtors, is very effective. I also appreciated his ongoing communication, including receiving a text whenever there was a showing on the property. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking realtor with integrity, look no further. I highly recommend Jim Perks.

  As novice house hunters, we met Jim at an Open House in September. We had just started looking to get a sense of what we wanted, and hadn't picked a real estate agent yet. We were immediately impressed by Jim's honesty about the properties we were looking at, easygoing ability to work with us to help us establish exactly what we were looking for, and willingness to schedule multiple days of house tours with us. After a short 3 weeks and +20 houses viewed with Jim, we submitted an offer which was accepted, and moved into our new home less than 2 months after starting our search. You cannot go wrong with Jim. He is extremely down to earth, tells it like it is, and is very knowledgeable on what red flags and green flags to look for in a property. He was able to guide us through every step of the process and was extremely patient with us and our dozens of first-time homebuyer questions. Give Jim a call, you won't regret it!

  Always on the look out for a home, we stopped in at an open house Jim was hosting. He talked with us awhile and got a good idea of what we were looking for. He put us on the portal, which searched new listings that matched our criteria. We had been looking for quite awhile, so it didn't take us long to recognize a house that hit most of the marks we had on our list. Jim easily made himself available to show us a short list of homes we picked. When we decided to make our offer, Jim was patient and willing to explain the process in great detail and made a few suggestions in our offer that we would have never considered. His experience and dedication to his clients is very apparent and very appreciated. We can easily recommend Jim for your real estate needs.
