  I am a dancer and very concerned about maintaining high quality movement. Jay Brahmbhatt is an exceptional physiotherapist. Although movement has been my focus and passion for over fifty years, I am always amazed how Jay can watch me move for a few seconds and perceive exactly where problems originate. His deep knowledge and skills are matched by his kindness. The clinic is warm and welcoming. You could not find yourself in better hands.

  I had a massage with Melissa today and it was a wonderful experience. Her energy was amazing and she just had a way of making me feel connected with her. These types of interactions make me very anxious but she really relaxed me and eased my anxiety. I feel amazing and the discomfort in my back seems to be gone for now. Will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks Melissa!

  Jay is a fantastic therapist, he is very thorough and has helped me tremendously in dealing with the lower back pain.
  
  Jay and Katica both are well experienced and I have been going there for 3 months for physiotherapy and much satisfied with the treatment. In addition, as per Jay's suggestion, I got a massage as well by Katica, she is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise. Plus, you always feel welcomed well with a smile when you walk in and the clinic is perfectly clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. I can honestly say that I haven't been to a clinic where each staff member is courteous, friendly, and attends to your needs right away. I would highly recommend this "Spirit of Physiotherapy & Massage" clinic.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had a work related injury. Was able to have some relief and mobility after the first week. Combination of physiotherapy and massage really helped. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

  This is a super supportive and healing place. The Directors and staff sincerely want to assist you on your healing journey. It is wonderful to find this kind of commitment, where the work is put in so that you can benefit. The place is also vey clean and tidy.
