I usually don't write reviews but I will this time for this matter since it's really not a bad place like how some conceives it. Just keep in mind that this clinic is new and nothing is perfect of course there are things that could be improved and they are all working at it. Nothing happens over night and creating a baby sure doesn't either, all that stress and frustration which doesn't land on a cycle date isn't going to make anything better - It's a long journey overall. I heard about this clinic in 2017 after having 3 failed IUI at RFP. Both my husband and I thought that RFP was very in-personal as the one doctor we met didn't want to answer our questions when asked but asked us to refer to the papers he has given us, said it in a very rude way. We were so thankful that Effortless IVF came at the right time, we got our consultation then met with Dr. Mok, it took awhile to warm up to him but he knew what he was doing. Just needed to know the right questions to ask him and he would be able to answer you but if you didn't ask then he'll only tell you what you need to know. The nurses and team are great, very friendly and always made you felt comfortable. After all the testings I was approved for the Invocell procedure, not knowing how this will work my husband and I had nothing to lose but to try and hope for the best. I became pregnant on the first try but had a miscarriage by the time i went to my first ultrasound. I was sent to Pureform for my ultrasound and I didn't know that I could have gone to EFW, if I had known I would have gone there instead as my personal experience with Pureform was not a good one. Got students fresh out of school who didn't know what they were looking for and didn't know the IVF process was so nerve wrecking. After my miscarriage, I wanted to take the summer off and this was when Effortless hasn't had a doctor for while and I had to wait for a doctor until the fall / winter which worked out for me. Effortless has kept in contact with me as I was with them, again the nurses and admin team has been great with informing me with the next cycle dates.
