  Called Tyler after 7PM one evening to check his availability to fix our furnace. He was able to come that same night equipped with heaters and some spare parts for our furnace. This was a relief given the temperatures that week were >-20c. Tyler was able to rig up a blower to keep heat in the house until the next morning when the part was available. He was flexible in making arrangements and came when he said he was going to. The new blower has been installed now for just about a month and is working fantastic. Service is excellent, Tyler is great and the price in my opinion was very reasonable. I will definitely use Tyler again! Thank you!

  Absolutely amazing service and price. Furnace needed a new circuit board and we had another company take a look. Their quote was so high it made us question if it would be better to replace the whole furnace. Tyler and Poulin to the rescue!! Called Tyler late evening and he was able to come first thing the next morning, fix it and come in way under competitions quote.

  Had Tyler come by to help us fix a leaking kitchen faucet and a plugged bathroom sink. He is a really nice guy and, equally importantly, a great plumber. Very happy with the job and his prices. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise.

  Our furnace was having some issues recently so we called Poulin Plumbing to come check it out. Tyler was very quick to respond even though it was a long weekend. We ended up having to replace our furnace, which he did for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the price he gave.. Would definitely recommend Poulin plumbing for their services.

  Tyler is efficient and personable. His work is excellent and we are never disappointed. Even when the news is awful he finds a way to articulate it with great solutions.
  
  I highly recommend giving them a call. I would definitely refer him to anyone who needs a plumber!
