(April 27, 2019, 9:36 pm)Bowness Auto are the best auto parts store and vault of old and new school knowledge in YYC. Their prices are consistently less than the other auto parts stores that are staffed with Millennials that don't know their butts from a hole in the ground. Difference that Bowness Auto makes is that they don't want to just sell you something, they actually want to solve your problem. The staff are knowledgeable and have a depth of experience in the auto world you just can't find anywhere now days. I had ordered a new centre section for a 9 inch Ford rear end from the manufacturer in the USA.....it arrived with a different Yoke than what my drive shaft had previously...Called the manufacturers service dept, and dealt with their millennial kid on the phone who twice gave me incorrect part numbers for the yoke I was going to need.....gave up on them and walked into Bowness Auto. Within a few minutes I walked out with the correct Yoke and lots of helpful tips. These guys not only sell you the right part ...the first time....but they can save you a ton of time with the depth of their experience and knowledge. If you are wondering where you are going to source a rare part for a project, go see these guys, they will make your headache go away in no time.
