Love love Connie been at this clinic since i was very young under 12 at the old place down the street and always great my dr now is dr. Braich and he is an amazing man and loving supportive helpful could never ask for a better dr ... But one of the Ladies always gives me a hard time when i call and call alot so i understand their busy but i call for a reason very sick and my dr. Asks me to call in but some reason she always is very rude ..So i would suggest them to anyone that is a forsure cant get better care ANYWHERE but just a warning one is very hard to deal with not someone you want to have to go threw when sick not good at all to or with people and that's very sad since connie and all the rest are so great people and drs...

I've been going to this clinic for about 8 years and my 3 kids have as well. I use the "shared care practice" (1st available doctor) and have seen ~16 different doctors. The administration of health records is excellent. The clinic is a "training facility" for the UofC so I've seen some residents. As always you get along with some people better than others; on the whole the doctors have been good. Prior to this clinic I probably saw about 10 doctors and I had some very bad ones. Some of the clinics I used to attend, the administration of my records was very poor. I'm a cancer survivor so I tend to use many different parts of the health system. While this clinic is not perfect (who is?), I think it is one of the better ones in Calgary. It also has a travel clinic attached which makes it very convenient to get vaccinations (some of which we get are not related to travel but since they have one it eliminates steps of getting vaccinations not covered by Alberta Health). I also am an avid reader of Consumer Reports on Health and doctors at this clinic dispense advice consistent with treatment protocols (a very good sign).
I've been a patient at Bowmont for several years now and feel very, very fortunate to be in their care. The physicians and staff are highly compassionate, and I never feel rushed or pressured for time during my appointments. They have helped advocate for me when necessary, and it's not unusual to receive a phone call with test results or to check on my progress. This level of care is exceptional, and I'm sure it creates scheduling challenges at times, but I can be nothing but grateful for their commitment to their patients.
I have been to this clinic several times and have had most of my travel vaccines here. The doctors, nurses and receptionist are friendly and very professional and treat you with the utmost care. The staff respects your time and I have never had to wait long for an appointment. It is a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Well done Bowmont Clinic!
